You must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp
Conditions:
• The item must be in its original condition (except for damaged products).
• Meat, fruits, vegetables, and dates can only be returned if there is a clear quality issue.
• We may ask for a photo of the product to verify the issue.
Return & Exchange Process:
• If the issue is from our side, we will offer a replacement or a refund using the original payment method.
• Delivery for exchanged or compensated orders will be free of charge.
